Sourcing activity report
Runs, people contacted, and replies over a window, split by board, by role, and by user, with a print-ready PDF.
Reports → Sourcing activity shows what your account's sourcing did over a window: runs started, people contacted, replies, and interested, split by job board (and Tenure's database), by role, and by who queued the run, with a day-by-day view.
The headline numbers
- Runs in the window, with how many are in progress and how many completed.
- People contacted across every channel.
- Interested, and the share of contacted people it represents (the interest rate).
- Interested per run: interested people divided by runs in the window, so you can see what one run typically brings back.
Every table below the chart shows contacted, responded, interested, and the interest rate for that board, run, or user.
Windows
Pick a preset (last 30 days, last 90 days, this quarter, last quarter, year to date, all time) or your own dates from the calendar.
Day by day
Each bar is the people contacted that day, with the count on top, and the darker part of the bar is how many of them responded. Hover a bar, or tab to it, for the full date and the contacted and responded counts. Show the numbers under the chart opens the same figures as a table, and the table is always included in the PDF.
Download PDF produces a print-ready version for anyone who does not use the product. You can also ask the assistant for it: "Give me a PDF of last quarter's sourcing activity."
